Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 15, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Fenvo AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit fenvo.ai (the “Site”). We are based in Austin, Texas, and this Site is operated for, and directed at, users in the United States. If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that information we receive will be processed in the U.S.
2. Who we are
The business responsible for this Site is:
[TODO: Fenvo legal entity name — e.g. Fenvo AI, LLC] [TODO: Street address, Austin, TX ZIP] Email: hello@fenvo.ai
Reach us at the email above with any question or request related to this Policy or to how your information is handled.
3. Information we collect
We collect the minimum information needed to operate the Site and respond to inquiries.
3.1 Server logs (automatic). When you load fenvo.ai, our hosting provider Vercel Inc. automatically records your IP address, browser user-agent, referring URL, and timestamp. Logs are used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnosing technical issues. Retention follows Vercel’s Data Processing Agreement (typically under 30 days rolling).
3.2 “Book a call” (cal.com redirect). Every “Book a call” button on this Site redirects to cal.com/fenvo, operated by Cal.com, Inc. When you click one of these buttons, your browser sends a standard HTTP Referer header and your IP address to cal.com. Any information you then enter on cal.com (name, email, booking time) is collected by Cal.com under its own privacy policy.
3.3 Contact form placeholder. The contact form on this Site is currently a non-functional placeholder. The fields (name, phone, email, project details) are NOT transmitted anywhere when you submit — no data is stored, emailed, or otherwise processed by us. Do not submit sensitive information via this form; email us directly or book a call instead.
4. How we use your information
We use the limited information described in Section 3 to:
• Operate, maintain, and secure the Site. • Respond to inquiries or project requests you initiate (e.g. booking a call). • Diagnose technical issues and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use your information to train machine-learning models.
6. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of US-based service providers to operate the Site:
• Vercel Inc. — hosting and content delivery. Privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy. • Cal.com, Inc. — scheduling infrastructure for “Book a call” bookings. Privacy policy: cal.com/privacy.
Each processor operates under industry-standard security frameworks (SOC 2 Type II). We do not share your personal information with any other third party except as required by law.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live in the United States, you may have specific rights under your state’s privacy law (for example: the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, the Colorado Privacy Act, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act, or the Utah Consumer Privacy Act).
These laws give you, among others, the right to:
• Know what personal information we collect about you and how we use it. • Request a copy of that information in a portable format. • Request correction of inaccurate personal information. • Request deletion of your personal information. • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising). • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
California residents additionally have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA).
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fenvo.ai with the subject line “Privacy Request” and the state you reside in. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by your state’s law (typically 45 days, extendable once).
8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Our Site does not set cookies or load trackers, so there is nothing to “track” and no third-party signals to forward. We do, however, honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends GPC, we treat it as a valid opt-out of any future sale or sharing of personal information. We do not currently alter behavior based on the legacy “Do Not Track” header.
9. Children’s privacy
This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email hello@fenvo.ai and we will delete it.
10. Data retention
We do not keep personal information on systems under our direct control. Server logs are retained by Vercel per its Data Processing Agreement (typically under 30 days). Scheduling data you provide to cal.com is governed by Cal.com’s retention policy.
11. Security
The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS with TLS 1.3. We rely on Vercel’s infrastructure for transport security, DDoS protection, and platform-level hardening. Because we do not store personal information on systems under our direct control, the attack surface for personal-information exposure is minimal.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent substantive change. For material changes, we will post notice on the Site homepage.
